  1. Tap Share in Safari’s bottom toolbar.
  2. Scroll the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen.
  3. If Open as Web App appears, leave it enabled, then tap Add.

A website cannot press Safari’s Share button or choose “Add to Home Screen” automatically. iOS requires you to complete this step.
