Frequently asked questions
Short answers about how وُسْع works and the limits of its checks. Questions specific to an individual tool remain on that tool’s page.
What does وُسْع provide?
وُسْع brings together tools for checking and preparing files before upload, including PDF, image, text, QR, and calculation tools. Start on the All tools page and choose the task you need.
Are my files uploaded to a وُسْع server?
Current processing tools perform checks, compression, and conversion inside your browser on your device. These tool paths do not send file contents or filenames to a وُسْع server or to the measurement service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does a passed check guarantee that an organization will accept my file?
No. The check covers technical conditions the browser can verify, such as size, format, and some file properties. Content accuracy, identity, validity, certification, signatures, and final acceptance remain with the receiving organization.
How should I use the upload-requirement pages?
Open Upload requirements, then choose the organization and service. The page shows its status, official source, and last verification date when published data is available. Always check the official source before submitting.
What do “Verified,” “Technical details not clearly published,” and “Conflicting official information” mean?
“Verified” means the displayed requirements are linked to a recorded official source. The other states mean that some technical details are unclear or official sources do not give a consistent answer; in those cases, وُسْع does not issue a final compliance decision.
What should I do if a warning appears after processing?
Read the warning and the measurements in the processing summary, then review the output’s quality and size before downloading or submitting it. Keep the original file and use the organization’s official limits when a specific upload rule applies.
Where can I find help for a specific tool?
Each tool page includes usage steps and questions specific to that tool. If you still have a service question, use the contact page.
